Why We're Different

We are a firm of solicitors dedicated to providing the most cost efficient and accessible conveyancing service to home buyers, sellers and remortgagors in Scotland. We have a team of solicitors, legal executives and support staff handling over three thousand cases each year. We are Scotland’s largest dedicated domestic conveyancing practice and are members of the Law Society of Scotland. We have full indemnity insurance and subscribe to the Law Society’s Guarantee Fund.

While we welcome clients to our offices transactions are handled over the phone, by correspondence and the internet. Clients do not need to take time off their work to visit us.

Because we only handle domestic conveyancing we are totally focused on the product and are not distracted by being involved in other types of law.

Our fee is the same whatever the price or value of the property.

We reserve the right to charge an additional cost if the transaction proves not to be straightforward. In the past year less than 10 percent of the cases involved an extra charge at an average cost of £100 plus vat.

We are open Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm.

Our offices are located on Morrison Street on the south bank of the River Clyde just next to the Kingston Bridge, ten minutes walk from Central Station and adjacent to motorway links. Parking is available opposite the offices and there are regular buses and underground train stations close by.
